Should you need to carry more detailed information, our Medical Identity Cards are the perfect addition to your more visible bracelet or necklace.

Our cards are available in a range of colours to suit you. They are the same size as a credit card and are made out of plastic.

Why not buy in addition to a necklace or bracelet to make sure your information is available when needed.

If you are purchasing a card as well as an engraveable necklace or bracelet, we suggest you engrave the last line to read "See Medical ID Card". This will ensure that the person attending you will know to find your Medical Identity Card for further information.

    Great to have in a loved ones wallet if they have medical information that can assist any emergency services if required. I changed the format of my Dads card to give more emergency contacts and only priority medical conditions. Ordered and received within two days so absolutely great service and excellent value for money. Recommend to anyone who has medical conditions.

    Perfect medical card to have in my dads wallet. Let’s the emergency services know all they need to treat accordingly. Lots of space to write alll details down and lost his medication and dose.

    Just what I needed for my father who has dementia He has gone missing twice & had no ID So therefore took police time to return him home. This creditcard sized card is ideal to attach on his person IF OR WHEN he goes again!!!!!!!!! Which can incorporate a lot of details Would highly reccomend.EeExcelle t
