Slimline Adjustable Silicone with Black Tag

These adjustable silicone straps with an engraveable metal tag are a great and comfortable way to wear your medical ID.

This bracelet features a black ID tag onto which we can engrave your details. The internationally recognised medical symbol is included on the front of the tag.

The silicone strap is adjustable between 5.8 - 8.25 inches (14.7cm - 21cm). There are 10 buckle holes in the strap so there is plenty of scope for adjustment.

We can engrave up to 3 lines of text (23 characters per line) on the reverse of the ID tag and 3 lines of text (16 characters) on the front of the ID tag.

We can engrave the tag with your details or you can purchase without engraving and have your local jeweller / engraver complete the details for you.
