Product Description

A fantastic medical ID pendant featuring a brushed rounded rectangle tag with the international medical symbol.

Provided with a free presentation /gift box, these ID pendants are made from stainless steel and are supplied with a 25" chain as standard (we can shorten the chain for you).

We can engrave up to 5 lines of text (20 characters per line) on the reverse of the ID pendant and 4 lines (15 characters per line) on the front of the tag.

We can engrave the pendant with your details or you can purchase without engraving and have your local jeweller / engraver complete the details for you.

    Good product - slightly different from the last one I had over 5 years ago - typeface not as bold and chain changed but still more than fine and perfectly functionable.

    A really good looking pendant with a clear medical symbol. The chain works well with the dog tag style and doesn't look cheap. The amount of writing on this pendant is brilliant (3 lines was never going to be enough).

    I am very pleased I chose this pendant as it is just what I need with the 25 inch chain which I Can put over my head with out having to fiddle about trying to do a clasp up wasting my time. It is smart and casual looking.

    Excellent quality. The tag is thick and not flimsy. The quality of engraving is excellent. It looks like this product cost a lot....and it didn’t. VERY happy customer.

    Better quality than I was expecting. Very good. Thin chain is not as weak as one shown in picture but decided to have it replaced by a continous chain as the wearer has difficulty with clasps. They fitted the continous chain for me & the item arrived ready to be worn. Thankyou

    Pleased with the pendant. The service is excellent and it arrived within two dsys. The laser printing in red is very clear land it’s large enough for all relevant information. I do not like the chain. It’s very thin and the pendant continually spins round and bangs on my chest. Needs a ring to attach to the pendant to stop to spinning. If that doesn’t work I will buy a different chain.

    This dog tag is excellent. It has space on both sides fir information. Very stylish and functional. Highly recommended.

    Not really a complaint but the chain was too long otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Perhaps there was an option to choose a different length but I didn't see it
