Striped Hexagon Pendant

A fantastic hexagon shaped medical ID pendant featuring the internationally recognised medical symbol on the front.

Provided with a free presentation / gift box, these ID pendants are made from stainless steel and are supplied with a 25" chain as standard (we can shorten the chain for you).

We can engrave up to 4 lines of text (15 characters per line) on the reverse of the ID pendant.

We can engrave the pendant with your details or you can purchase without engraving and have your local jeweller / engraver complete the details for you.
