Very prompt delivery. A good quality, great looking pendant. It was a little difficult to write clearly on the very small paper inside. In the end had to go with 3 most important details and advice to look into handbag for full details, but that's ok at least it leads in the right direction and locket size dictates size of paper. Overall would recommend this product to anyone looking for something attractive that could ultimately save their life. Thank you.

I love my necklace - it is exactly as described. Looks pretty yet holds all my medical details discretely. Outstanding value with outstanding service & next day delivery. Would have no hesitation recommending to anyone.

Absolutely great. It's not too big or heavy and quite stylish for what it is. Ideally I'd have more than two inserts. (I used the wrong pen initially so had to use the spare.) As my medical condition is currently in flux that means I'll have to buy more soon which isn't ideal. Very pleased I've bought it. It is reassuring to know that I've got my medical information with me at all times.
