Our team will optimise the size of the engraving on your medical ID for you based on the number of lines and characters to be engraved.

Product Description

This Sports ID tag is made of stainless steel and it will fit on any standard (not broadband) silicone bracelet - including standard cause bracelets e.g. Help for Heroes bands. We can engrave up to 4 lines of information with 20 characters per line (including spaces). We use state of the art laser engraving technology to permanently mark your engraving onto this ID plate.

Tag measures 38mm x 12mm.

You can view the full bracelet HERE or purchase just the blank silicone band that the tags fit onto HERE.

The metal tag is not affected by water and can be worn when swimming, bathing, showering etc.

We can engrave the tag with your details or you can purchase without engraving and have your local jeweller / engraver complete the details for you.

    Got a blank tag engraved with coordinates of where I met my wife and where we were married.The tag seems a little smaller than the one with the medical alert logo that I bought for myself and a little less, not sure what to say, but nice will do. The metal did not look as smooth. That said it was a much appreciated Xmas present and has bigged up my softer side as far as the family is concerned!!!

    Bought this to go with the Sports Band pack which was perfect for me as currently training for the London Marathon and now out running for a long time so more likely for my sugar levels to drop and possibly need to alert others

    The only problem I had was that I could not fit the wording on the tag. But. I understand why and over came this small problem. I am sure that I could constact you, but I wanted to see what the tag was like first. Been looking for something like this for a long time.
