Product Description

The Medium Link Bracelet is simple yet practical, consisting of a stainless steel chain and tag which features an eye-catching  snake & staff symbol to alert people to the vital information contained on your bracelet.

Provided with a free presentation / gift box, these medical ID bracelets are 8.75" (22.2cm) as standard and can be resized to 6.5" / 7" / 7.5" / 8" / 8.5" (16.5cm / 17.75cm / 19cm / 20.2cm / 21.5cm).

The engraveable medical ID tag can be engraved with up to 3 lines of text (25 characters per line) on the reverse of the ID tag and 3 line of text (15 characters) on the front of the ID tag.

We can engrave the tag with your details or you can purchase without engraving and have your local jeweller / engraver complete the details for you.

    Excellent product. Just what I was looking for. Name and medical information is easy to read. Looks excellent worn next to a watch. I would recommend measuring your wrist first and add about an inch on. Slightly fiddly to put on yourself at first, solved by never taking it off.

    Bracelet is excellent and good clear inscription on identity tag. The only criticism I have is with the clasp as it is impossible for me to put on by myself and even my husband had difficulty attaching it. Not easy to take off either.

    Fantastic bracelet my previous medical alert bad was rubber which was ok had the message written on it hadn’t worn off in the first six months as this is metal with proper engraving this will last a long time

    A very pleasing medical alert bracelet, which I should have ordered a long time ago. The engraving is exactly as I requested and the rose gold colour is great. The fit is brilliant with just the right amount of slack. I.E. I can't slip it over my hand when the clasp is locked in place, which is perfect. Altogether an excellent medical alert bracelet and I am thoroughly delighted with it. Highly recommended.

    Love my bracelet, very comfortable. Printing is clear to read. Feels secure and fastening is very unlikely to open accidentally. Good value too.
