Medical Tag for Silicone Wristbands

This medical ID tag is made of stainless steel and it will fit on any standard (not broadband) silicone bracelet - including standard cause bracelets e.g. Help for Heroes bands. We can engrave up to 4 lines of information with 18 characters per line (including spaces). We use state of the art laser engraving technology to permanently mark your engraving onto this ID plate. The plate also includes the universally recognised medical symbol.

The metal tag is not affected by water and can be worn when swimming, bathing, showering etc.

The metal ID plate is also removeable so that you can attach it to different colours bracelets.

We can engrave the tag with your details or you can purchase without engraving and have your local jeweller / engraver complete the details for you.
