Adjustable Lightweight Stainless Steel Bracelet

A lightweight adjustable bracelet featuring a stainless steel tag that can be engraved on both sides.

Provided with a free presentation / gift box, these medical ID bracelets are made from stainless steel and will fit wrist sizes between 5.5 inches (13.97cm) and 8 inches (20.32cm). *Please note, the bracelet has an extension chain.

Each bracelet includes an engraveable medical ID tag. We can engrave up to 2 lines of text (17 characters per line) on the reverse of the ID tag and 2 lines of text (10 characters) on the front of the ID tag.

We can engrave the tag with your details or you can purchase without engraving and have your local jeweller / engraver complete the details for you.
