Double Chained Medical ID Bracelet

A stylish and elegant double fine chain bracelet with a small ID tag featuring a medical symbol. This bracelet is ideal for the smaller wrist or when lightweight jewellery is preferred.

Waterproof and durable, these medical ID bracelets are made from stainless steel and are available in the following sizes: 5.5", 6", 6.5", 7", 7.5" and 8".  (14 / 15.2 / 16.5 / 17.8 / 19 / 20.3cm)

Each bracelet includes an engraveable medical ID tag. We can engrave up to 2 lines of text (20 characters per line) on the reverse of the ID tag and 2 line of text (12 characters per line) on the front of the ID tag.

We can engrave the tag with your details or you can purchase without engraving and have your local jeweller / engraver complete the details for you.
