Shipping & Returns

We will ship your order using the service you specify during checkout. We usually dispatch all orders within 0-2 working days. Your order may be processed very quickly i.e within a few minutes so it is essential that you check the details of your order and the confirmation email we send to you as soon as it arrives and let us know straight away if something is wrong. It you requested engraving or custom printing on your order, we cannot change this once the item has been engraved or printed. Generally, in the UK, your order should be delivered by Royal Mail 1-2 days after dispatch but sometimes can take longer (maximum 10 working days). For orders outside the UK we recommend selecting FedEx as they will generally get your order to you within 3 working days after dispatch. Orders sent with standard shipping outside the UK can take up to 20 working days to be delivered.

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to provide a refund provided it is in fully resaleable condition. We must be notified (by phone or email) of your intention to return an item within 14 days starting the day you receive the item. This applies to all of our products unless the item has been engraved / personalised at your request. Please also return any packaging, labels etc that you may still have.

We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (including the post and packing charge you originally paid). Please note, if you ordered more than one item and you are not returning the full order, we will not refund the post and packing charge as our charges are the same irrespective of the number of items ordered. We reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us within 14 calendar days starting from the day you notified us of your intention to return an item unless the an item is faulty.

We will always replace a defective item or offer you a refund at our discretion. This applies so long as the item was defective when you received it or if the item fails in such a way that it was obviously faulty from the outset.

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 calendar days starting on the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products unless the item has been engraved / personalised at your request.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to ensure that both parties have proof that the item has actually been returned to our premises.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you by mistake, or if the item is damaged or defective.

How to send something back to us
Please contact us by phone or email to tell us that you are returning something. We need the order number, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement. We will email you back with instructions for returning by Royal Mail. Please note that we ask you to complete the returns form first so we can organise a replacement and so that we can properly track and identify the item as being returned from you. If you do not want to complete a return form, you must include a note of the order number along with the item you are returning. We cannot be held liable for processing returns if we do not have sufficient information to identify you as the customer.

Note: You must notify us by phone or email before sending an item back. If you do not, any applicable refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Refund policy
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds can only be made to the original method of purchase (card / PayPal). Refunds to a card / PayPal account other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:

- The original account no longer exists
- The original account details have expired

Products we are unable to refund or exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any products unless the product is in a fully resaleable condition (unless the product was already damaged / faulty when you received it or unless the product developed a fault within a reasonable time). We will not refund where items have been damaged since receipt or when items have obviously been used i.e. the items have been stained/scratched in some way or the ID cards have been partially or fully completed.

Delivery charges
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product was faulty or damaged when we sent it to you, or if the item is simply unwanted (provided we have been notified of your intention to return the item by phone or email within 14 calendar days starting the day you receive an item. If we are replacing a product, we will not refund your original delivery charge and you will not be charged for the sending of the replacement item. If an item was damaged when we sent it out to you, we will reimburse you for the postal charge incurred when sending the item back to us.
