Product Description

A dainty medical ID bracelet, made up of a combination of filled and hollow heart shaped links.

Provided with a free presentation / gift box, these ID bracelets are made from stainless steel and come at 8.5" (21.5cm) as standard length.These bracelets can be resized to 6.5" / 7.1" / 7.8" / 8.5" (16.5cm / 18cm and 20cm) if required. If you require a larger size just let us know.

Each bracelet includes an engraveable medical ID tag. We can engrave up to 2 lines of text (18 characters per line) on the reverse of the ID tag.

We can engrave the tag with your details or you can purchase without engraving and have your local jeweller / engraver complete the details for you.

    I saw this and knew I had to have it. It’s a perfect match to another bracelet I have in the same design. I had ordered a different design ID Band previously but due to a change in medications I needed to update my ID Band. This design is perfect. It’s really feminine and has been noticed by many people. When I advise it’s a medic alert bracelet I have to admit that this surprises people. It’s certainly not what they expected hear. Well Done ID Band Company. You’re the best. Maria
