Q. How long will my order take to be sent out?
A. Orders are sent out in 0 to 2 working days (excludes weekends/ public holidays) unless advised differently at checkout.
Q. How long will my order take to be delivered?
A. Items sent within the UK normally take around 1-2 working days to arrive however, on rare occasions packages can take up to 10 working days to be delivered. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch please let us know.
Items sent outside of the UK take up to 2-3 working days to arrive if FedEx is selected as the delivery method at checkout. Alternatively, if Air Mail is selected this can take up to 20-30 working days. For orders placed outside of the UK, prices are shown EXCLUDING UK taxes. You will be charged any applicable taxes and import duty based on your country's current rates. You are responsible for settling this amount directly.
Q. Can I track my order?
A. Packages within the UK are sent with standard 1st class post free of charge so don’t currently have a tracking number. If you opt for a paid courier service this will have a tracking number. Packages sent outside of the UK will have a tracking number if FedEx is selected at checkout.
Q. Can I get my order faster?
A. If you are within the UK we will be able to send your order with a courier for next working day delivery, this is priced at £7.50. Orders would need to be placed before 1pm for same day dispatch with a courier. Please note the courier we use does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Q. What should I have engraved?
A. The most important thing is the reason for the bracelet or necklace, so this could be a medical condition, allergy, medication or ICE (In Case of Emergency) contact details. If there is room, we recommend you include your name on the ID. Try to keep your information easy to read. If you are unsure what to have engraved speak to your doctor to find out what they think you should have included as they will be best placed to tell you the exact requirements for your needs.
Q. How much information can I have engraved?
A. The engraving limit can vary from item to item as some products have a larger engraving space than others. In the item description it will detail how many characters you can have. If you click “personalise & buy” you will be able to type in the information you require. As you type, it will also show you how many characters you are using and turn red if you go over the limit.
Q. I want a larger/ smaller size than is listed?
A. On some styles such as stainless steel and titanium items we may be able to offer a custom size, just send us your requirements. Unfortunately, on silicone items we’re unable to offer different sizes to those shown online.
Q. Can I have the information engraved in a different language?
A. We can engrave in any language you require. Just enter the details exactly as you would like them engraved when you place the order online.
Q. Do you proof read/ check spelling of the information I enter before sending items out?
A. Unfortunately, due to the semi-automated process in which we send orders out we are unable to check the spelling for each item. Please check the details you have entered carefully before ordering as once an order has been placed we may be unable to alter it.
